4. Service Notes

Service	Explanation
Name Change	If you're a guild leader, you must let us know when making the request. It can only be processed during a server reboot. If you are not a guild leader, leave your guild when making the request. You can rejoin the guild after the server has been completed. Leave your party when making the request.
Rollback	This service is free if you changed by accident and you're still job level 1. Any items in your cart will be lost, so make sure you move them all out before making the request. If you've already made a SQI, rolling back will not allow you to make another. Please specify which class you wish to rollback to. Otherwise, we will assume Novice/High Novice.
Guild Leader Change	All guild related services may only be performed during a server reboot. When changing leader, the new leader must be in the guild.
